Notes:
• We conducted the 2o12 (& 2o13) Foray Field Trips under a special use permit with the San Juan National Forest.
• We scheduled the Field Trips for Friday Only.
• Saturday focused on workshops and identification at the Pagosa Lodge (Quality Resort).
• Display Table Walk-Around occurred on Saturday afternoon rather than Sunday morning.

• Check-in, Displays, and evening gatherings were in the Ponderosa Room.
• Foray did NOT include Thursday Dinner. We suggested that paricipants dine before you arriving on Thursday or to check with Check-in volunteers for dining suggestions.

• 19:3o in Ponderosa Room : Brief Welcome, Introduction of Guest Mycologists & Field Trip Leaders, Explanations of Triage Procedure and Collection Etiquette, Descriptions of Friday's Field Trips
• 21:oo : Trip Leaders Meeting (Coordinator and Trip Leaders Only)

Friday, August 24

  · Breakfast Buffet in Dining Room
  · Pick up Sack Lunches
• o7:3o - o8:3o : Late Check-in (if necessary)
• o8:3o : Field trips leave
• 14:oo-15:oo : Field trips return - Instructions:
  · Bring specimens and completed collection slips to designated triage area.
  · DO NOT DUMP AND RUN!

• 14:oo - 17:3o : Mushroom Identification
• 18:oo - 19:oo : Dinner
• 19:3o : Evening Gathering in Ponderosa Room
  · Field Trip Reports: Where we went, What we found
  · Mycologists' Comments: Selected Species and Specimens
  · Evening Social and possibly a short talk

Saturday, August 25

  · 1o:oo - 11:oo: Workshop 2: Britt Bunyard - Mycorrhizal Overview

12:oo - 17:oo : Mushroom Display and Cooking Demo were open to Public.
