Foray Fee:
• The fee of $80 per person covered Foray activities and 7 meals (Friday breakfast through Sunday breakfast).
• Participants were responsible for reserving their lodging separately (see Lodging Details below).

Lodging Details:
• Two blocks of rooms were reserved for NM Mycological Society members at special rates.
  · The Hotel Rooms were $59/night, and Suites were $75.
  · A bonus for booking either type of room was that Foray participants paid for 2 nights and got the 3rd night without charge.
  · To secure a room at these special rates, participants needed to call before July 26 and identify themselves as a NM Mycological Society members.

Notes:
• Hotel rooms have 2 queen beds, full bath, but no kitchen (i.e. no fridge & no coffee pot).
• Suites have 2 queen beds, full bath, living room, and kitchenette (with fridge).
• There were 16 hotel rooms and 8 suites reserved for this Foray.
• For the Frugal Forayer, Sipapu also had campsites for $9/night and RV sites for $19 (2o1o prices).
• There is no phone service at Sipapu, and Cellular signals are absent or weak.

Foray Schedule
• Foray Check-in was on Thursday, Aug 26, beginning at 5 pm
• As is traditional with NMMS Forays, participants were responsible for their own meals on Thursday. The Restaurant at Sipapu was open until 8pm.
