Field Trips prior to Dinner at Carlo's Weekend of 16-17 August, 2003 Taos and Vicinity Some NMMS members are planning on making a weekend out of the Dinner at Carlo's. The plan is to spend some of Saturday, August 16th in the field, hopefully collecting. This will not be an organized field trip; every one is pretty much doing their own thing. Later in the day we will gather at the Adobe Wall Motel in Taos to admire, identify and catalog our finds. The Motel does not have meeting rooms, but has offered their courtyard area for this purpose. The next morning (Sunday the 17th) will present another opportunity for a fieldtrip. Those of us not wanting to drive back home after the dinner at Carlo's will be spending another night at the Adobe Wall.
